This website is intended to provide information about the Safira Building, including, but not limited to, services, facilities and events. You agree to use the website only for legitimate purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You agree not to upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any content that:- Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of the privacy of others, hateful or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
- Infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party;
- Consists of unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, promotional material, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes or any other form of solicitation.
4.2 Forbidden Activities
The user agrees not to:- Use the website in any way that may damage, disable, overload or impair any server or the networks connected to any Safira Suites server;
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any services, accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the Safira Building server through hacking, password mining or any other means;
- Obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the website.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips and software, is the property of Safira Suites or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all the content on this site is the exclusive property of Safira Suites, and is protected by international copyright laws. All software used on this site is the property of Safira Suites or its software suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
Edificio Safira will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from:- Use or inability to use the website;
- Unauthorised access to or alteration of transmissions or user data;
- Statements or conduct of third parties on the website;
- Any other question related to the website.
7. Compensation
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Safira Suites from any claims or demands, including attorneys' fees, made by third parties due to or arising out of:- Use of the website by the user;
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions by the user;
- Violation of any law or the rights of third parties by the user;
8. Information on the website
All information provided on this website is of a general and non-binding nature. Safira Suites reserve the right to change or update any information at any time without prior notice. The information provided on the website, including descriptions of flats, services, facilities and construction characteristics, may be modified and is not binding on the final product that will be applied to the flats and the construction of Safira Suites. The final specifications will be determined at the time of purchase or contract and may differ from the descriptions provided on the website.
10. Cancellation Policy
10.1. Short-Term Cancellation Policy (≤27 nights)
- Full refund if guest cancels at least 30 days before check‑in.
- If cancelled within 24 hours of booking, and booking is made at least 14 days before check‑in, guest is eligible for a full refund. Email must be sent within this 24‑hour window.
- If cancelled 7–30 days before check‑in, guest receives a 50% refund; 50% retained by Safira Suites.
- If cancelled within 7 days of check‑in, guest receives no refund; 100% retained.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded for cancellations made before check‑in.
10.2. Long‑Term Stays (≥28 nights)
- Full refund if guest emails cancellation at least 40 days before check‑in.
- If cancelled less than 40 days before check‑in, Safira Suites retains payment for all nights stayed plus 40 additional nights, or all remaining nights if fewer than 40 remain.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded for pre‑check‑in cancellations.
10.3. How to Cancel
- To cancel, guests must send an email to safirasuites@gmail.com from the email used at booking, clearly stating the reservation details and request. Only cancellations communicated through this email channel will be processed.
9. Informative nature of the website
The Safira Suites website is for information purposes only and is designed to publicise the characteristics of the new development. The information available on the website includes floor plans, characteristics of the flats, materials used in the construction, among other relevant details. However, this information is provided for information purposes only and does not constitute any kind of commitment or guarantee regarding the final product.
11. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Safira Suites and govern your use of the website, superseding any prior agreements. The failure of Safira Suites to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties agree that the court shall endeavour to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect.
12. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or your use of the website.
