Cancellation Policy

All refunds exclude a non-refundable 3% payment processing fee, which applies to the total payment. This covers card fees charged by our payment provider, which are not returned to us, even on a full refund.

Short-Term Cancellation Policy (≤27 nights)

Full refund if guest cancels at least 30 days before check-in.
If cancelled within 24 hours of booking, and booking is made at least 14 days before check-in, guest is eligible for a full refund. Email must be sent within this 24-hour window.
If cancelled 7–30 days before check-in, guest receives a 50% refund; 50% retained by Safira Suites.
If cancelled within 7 days of check-in, guest receives no refund; 100% retained.

Long-Term Stays (≥28 nights)

Full refund if guest emails cancellation at least 40 days before check-in.
If cancelled less than 40 days before check-in, Safira Suites retains payment for all nights stayed plus 40 additional nights, or all remaining nights if fewer than 40 remain.

How to Cancel

To cancel, guests must send an email to safirasuites@gmail.com from the email used at booking, clearly stating the reservation details and request. Only cancellations communicated through this email channel will be processed.
